We have a very pleasant feeling about our collaboration with Rikken Makelaardij over the past months. Such a personal approach and considerate real estate agent is rare to find. He is straightforward, transparent, and consults on everything so that you really feel involved. Dennis guided us both through the purchase and sale. During the purchase, Dennis thought along with us about possible opportunities of the house at the right moment. He sketched a realistic scenario and estimated the purchase price fantastically well, allowing us to acquire the house. When selling, among other things, the photos and floor plans were fantastic. We are very pleased with the sale price, partly thanks to Dennis's professional approach and communication skills, both towards us and potential buyers. We can recommend Rikken Makelaardij to everyone!

We had a 'short but powerful' collaboration with Dennis. After we had already viewed the house ourselves, Dennis was able to quickly and personally connect during our second viewing after a pleasant initial meeting, and he helped us both practically and with advice, which led us to purchase our new place within a week of starting our search! Always reachable for questions, critical and proactive. Even after the purchase, Dennis remains helpful and likes to think along about things like renovation companies etc. Definitely recommended if you want to buy a house in the area!

He came up with smart strategies, professional presentation options, and a clear vision of how to reach buyers. What stood out in particular was his personal involvement. He took extensive time, thought along with us, gave honest advice, and was extremely well-prepared. Although I ultimately decided (for now) not to go ahead with him for the sale, I experienced our conversations as very valuable. He also swiftly assesses the structural condition of houses and provides good tips to personalize a home if you are less experienced in that area.
