From the first conversation it was clear that Dennis really understands the current market and knows how to optimally position a property on the market. He came up with smart strategies, professional presentation options, and a clear vision of how to reach buyers. What stood out in particular was his personal involvement. He took extensive time, thought along with us, gave honest advice, and was extremely well-prepared. Although I ultimately decided (for now) not to go ahead with him for the sale, I experienced our conversations as very valuable. If you are looking for an agent who takes marketing seriously AND personally engages for your property, then this is definitely someone to talk to.
