We had a 'short but powerful' collaboration with Dennis. After we had already viewed the house ourselves, Dennis was able to quickly and personally connect during our second viewing after a pleasant initial meeting, and he helped us both practically and with advice, which led us to purchase our new place within a week of starting our search! Always reachable for questions, critical and proactive. Even after the purchase, Dennis remains helpful and likes to think along about things like renovation companies etc. Definitely recommended if you want to buy a house in the area!
