We have a very pleasant feeling about our collaboration with Rikken Makelaardij over the past months. Such a personal approach and considerate real estate agent is rare to find. He is straightforward, transparent, and consults on everything so that you really feel involved. Dennis guided us both through the purchase and sale. During the purchase, Dennis thought along with us about possible opportunities of the house at the right moment. He sketched a realistic scenario and estimated the purchase price fantastically well, allowing us to acquire the house. When selling, among other things, the photos and floor plans were fantastic. We are very pleased with the sale price, partly thanks to Dennis's professional approach and communication skills, both towards us and potential buyers.
