Together with Dennis, we bought our first house in Hillegom. He is involved, honest, competent and really always reachable when you have questions (we had a lot of those). And he intuitively knew what would suit us. When five years later we wanted to move back to Haarlem, we immediately knew who we wanted to work with again. Once more, Dennis guided us through the process with great enthusiasm. He found an absolutely lovely house for us.

Dennis is a top choice as both a buyer's and seller's agent! His pragmatic and straightforward approach really sets him apart in the real estate world. He communicates transparently and says exactly what he thinks, which I greatly appreciate during the (buy)sell process. Dennis dedicates himself 100% to his clients and shies away from no discussion or conflict if it is in your best interest. For example, he proactively took legal action upon an unpleasant surprise at the delivery of a property. His positive, deal-driven attitude was an enormous added value for us.

Dennis has helped us with great dedication in our search for a family home. Not easy these days. It was very nice that Dennis was willing to occasionally pick up tasks outside of office hours, so that things like valuation visits etc. did not cause unnecessary delays. It's lovely to view houses with someone who knows what they're doing and has your best interest at heart, especially when it comes to such large sums of money. We are temporarily done with moving but if we ever want to move from our home again, Dennis can arrange it!

Erg goede ervaring met deze makelaar. Vakkundig, duidelijk advies en goede communicatie. De verkoop werd goed voorbereid, wij hadden meteen het gevoel in goede handen te zijn. Mooie verkoopfoto's en -beschrijving. Geen kletspraatjes, maar een kantgerichte aanpak, dankzij Dennis is de verkoop van ons appartement vlot en boven verwachting verlopen. Wij werden goed op de hoogte gehouden, de afhandeling is naar ieders tevredenheid verlopen.
