Dennis Rikken really took our worries out of hand as our purchasing agent in 2020. He guided the entire purchase process and professionally conducted negotiations with the selling agent in Opmeer on our behalf. It is entirely due to him as an agent that the sale was concluded at a price (despite the bidding market) still below the asking price. The offer of an unconventional amount and the excellent mutual contact with the selling agent ensured the final approval. We are super happy about it. Ik heb al eerder via Dennis een huis aangekocht en verkocht. Hij is eerlijk een weet de rust te bewaren. Na 3 bezichtigingen heb ik mijn nieuwe koopwoning gekocht. Als je gaat kijken bij een huis en er is inloopmiddag dan sta je met meerdere mensen in een woning. Dat zorgt ervoor dat je graag een bod wil doen zodat je het huis heb. Dennis is dan heel eerlijk en zegt dat is het niet waard en moet je niet doen. En op zo moment denk je jeetje doe gewoon mee met de waanzin dan heb ik het huis. Maar als je een paar dagen later terug kijkt ben je blij dat je niet mee bent gegaan in de gekte. En om de rust te bewaren heb je in deze tijd een makelaar nodig die eerlijk is en weet wat de markt doet. Uiteindelijk had ik binnen 2 weken een nieuwe woning aangekocht en de huidige woning met een dikke week verkocht. Ik ben echt meer dan tevreden en raad Dennis ook aan als aan en verkoopmakelaar.
