I came into contact with Dennis Rikken regarding the sale of my old home and the purchase of my current home. Right from the first contact with Dennis, there was openness, honesty, and efficiency. Well-advised on aspects where you wouldn't even think to stop and consider. Really shows his opinion on things like 'what do I think about this' or 'should I advise against this.' Truly involves you in the process and guides you through it excellently. I received excellent advice during the sale of my old home, which really put the house in the spotlight based on what Dennis suggested. This made me feel supported and the selling process went smoothly. And thanks to Dennis, I bought my current home where I live happily! So if you're looking for an agent who understands you, thinks along with you, advises you honestly, and supports you in many areas of the buying/selling process, then I would definitely recommend making an appointment at Rikken Real Estate.
