"Dear Jetse, You were given the opportunity to come view it at a very early stage, well before the planned start of the sales process. We did this because we thought that you and the sellers would be a good match. Your advantage here was that you didn't have any competing offers yet, and at this time I think that's a huge advantage. And for the sellers it would save a lot of viewings. The result of this was that we still needed some time afterwards to complete the pieces for the purchase contract. There should be no more ambiguities when signing. Unfortunately, you experienced this as unprofessional, while in fact it was simply a consequence of an opportunity that was offered to you. Regrettable that you didn't share your feelings with us earlier and that the dissatisfaction only comes out a month later now that you already live in the house. For us again a lesson that the complexity of the process, especially also with silent sales, must be well communicated with the buyers and certainly with first-time buyers on the housing market.
