The expected interest that all agents announced has fallen through. The tactic of blocking with different viewers never materialized. We did everything to improve and spruce up the renovated home, which is 25 years old. Unexpectedly, it was sold above asking price by the fourth viewer. This really surprised us given the lack of interest, but in the end that's what matters. Edwin was excellent at creating a situation where there seemed to be enough interest, ultimately resulting in a sale above the asking price within two weeks. Top!
