The contact with the real estate agent went very well from the start. The agent was extremely flexible, always reachable, responded to emails or WhatsApp messages within minutes, and kept us excellently informed about the progress. Good discussions about the price and negotiation room, the agent continuously monitored what we all had to arrange (it involved selling an inherited house) and constantly thought in terms of solutions. The agent had the patience and ability to explain everything in layman's terms. He sold the house at a good price within record time.
