The first contact was immediately very pleasant, no-nonsense, social and human. Not an immediate commercial approach but first talking about the customer's wishes and then in combination with the expertise and market knowledge of EV wonen Makelaardij, as a local real estate agent, looking at what the possibilities are and based on Edwin's advice we were able to make good choices. All questions were answered quickly and professionally, and we were kept informed of every step during the entire sales process, on the same day. Each choice was neatly presented and after professional advice, we as customers could take a well-considered decision. Very natural and pleasant.
