The real estate agent initially made a good impression and had a nice sales pitch, giving the impression that he knew what he was doing. In practice, however, things turned out differently for us: 'it can happen,' but if it takes longer than expected, he advises to lower the price or urges you to accept an offer below your desired level. We partially followed this advice and it did not give us a good feeling. He eventually became the agent of the buyers of our house, and it felt like their interests were prioritized over ours. After the sale, we hardly hear from him except for 'would you like to give me a nice review?' The offer that was expected turned out to be many times higher than the actual offer. The house is sold, and that's what matters; we are glad to move on.
