Everything went perfectly...when buying our new house, Edwin gave good advice and we fully trusted him. I think that's partly why the purchase was successful. Then came the sale of our home, which also went excellently. Edwin provided clear explanations, was very reachable, and kept us well informed. Personal contact, clear communication, considerate, knowledgeable about houses, pragmatic yet humorous (which is pleasant in these stressful situations)...we are more than satisfied with Edwin!
