Edwin heeft ons zowel bij de aan- als verkoop begeleid. Bij de aankoop van de nieuwe woning heeft Edwin er een mooi bedrag af onderhandeld en bij de verkoop hebben we een flink bedrag boven de vraagprijs gekregen. Contact met Edwin verloopt soepel, neemt hij niet op dan belt Edwin terug en op mail wordt snel gereageerd.

Edwin van EV Wonen is an agent who truly understands what matters. Edwin is a knowledgeable and savvy individual with excellent price-quality ratio. But perhaps most importantly, Edwin as a person is very pleasant to discuss the purchase of a house with, can clearly outline pros and cons, and communicates in a very clear and straightforward manner. To-the-point, absolutely no nonsense, does exactly what he's hired for. That is, buying a property at a market conform price. He is easily reachable via WhatsApp, which in today's busy world is an absolute plus to ask quick and concrete questions and make appointments. I have since recommended Edwin to a good friend.

Wij dachten ons huis van ons dromen te hebben gevonden, maar toen bleek dat in dezelfde straat een nog veel mooiere woning stond, hebben wij Edwin gevraagd ook daar een afspraak tot bezichtiging te maken. Hij verdiept zich in de woning, is kritisch, makkelijk te bereiken (zelfs in het weekend) en weet tot 2x aan toe het hoogste bod te plaatsen. Daardoor hebben wij nu de sleutel van ons droomhuis bemachtigd! Heel erg blij mee!
