After searching for a house for almost a year, my wife and I contacted several real estate agents with our wishes for a new home. We received responses from many agents, mostly directing us to automatic email lists and some offered houses that did not match our criteria at all. Marcel Werry informed us that he currently had no properties in his portfolio but gave us good advice on how to approach things and said he would keep an eye out for us. When we finally decided to hire a purchasing agent, Marcel was the first one we thought of. After the initial free consultation (at our home), it took only three weeks to sign the preliminary purchase agreement for our new house. Marcel helped us organize everything according to what we expect from our new home and accompanied us during viewings, conducted negotiations, and provided advice.
