I found it pleasant to work with Marcel Werrij. Good advice, tips and very helpful. We were charmed by the beautiful presentation of our house. The constant updates on the progress also went very smoothly. Even our 'difficult' house was sold quickly. Marcel Werrij is truly recommended.

Nothing is too much and everywhere a sleeve is adjusted. However, the most important thing is that there is always the feeling that the real estate agent is standing next to you; the entire process is done completely transparently together, and it's better to ask and coordinate one time too many than once too few. Oh yes, and the conversations were also pleasant, almost a shame that the property has been sold!

Toen Marcel kwam voor een eerste gesprek had ik direct een goed gevoel. Als fervent Funda gebruikster kwam ik zelf met een voorstel voor een vraagprijs. We waren het daarover snel eens en hij had direct een duidelijke strategie voor ogen om mijn huis te verkopen. Dat gaf meteen vertrouwen. En zijn strategie werkte! Ik had niet durven dromen dat het zo goed en snel zou gaan! Hij bleef tijdens het proces voortdurend communiceren over de voortgang en overlegde belangrijke stappen steeds met mij. Zonder zijn vakkundige inzet en enthousiasme was dit proces zeker niet zo voorspoedig verlopen. Bovenal is Marcel prettig in de omgang en heeft hij aandacht voor de menselijke kant.

Marcel kent de huizenmarkt als geen ander. Zijn deskundigheid is top en hetzelfde geldt voor zijn service en begeleiding. Hij staat voor openheid, eerlijkheid en transparantie en bespreekt alles vantevoren duidelijk door. Hij denkt aan alles en vindt het ook niet erg als je meedenkt als klant. Alles is mogelijk bij hem, hij reageert direct en als het een keer niet kan, omdat hij bezet is, laat hij dat weten en komt hij op je vraag of verzoek zo spoedig mogelijk terug. De fijne communicatie en zijn wijze van handelen en communiceren, maar zeer zeker ook Marcel's expertise hebben de verkoop geweldig laten verlopen! Vantevoren samen bepaald hoe we de verkoop qua prijs en marktwerking aanvliegen en natuurlijk leunend op zijn kennis en ervaring. Wat een topper!

He never lost sight of the fact that the sellers were his clients and was very open, transparent, and clear about this.
