Toen de makelaar kwam voor een eerste gesprek had ik direct een goed gevoel. Als fervent Funda gebruikster kwam ik zelf met een voorstel voor een vraagprijs. We waren het daarover snel eens en hij had direct een duidelijke strategie voor ogen om mijn huis te verkopen. Dat gaf meteen vertrouwen. En zijn strategie werkte! Ik had niet durven dromen dat het zo goed en snel zou gaan! Hij bleef tijdens het proces voortdurend communiceren over de voortgang en overlegde belangrijke stappen steeds met mij. Zonder zijn vakkundige inzet en enthousiasme was dit proces zeker niet zo voorspoedig verlopen. Bovenal is hij prettig in de omgang en heeft hij aandacht voor de menselijke kant.

Nothing is too much and everywhere a sleeve is adjusted. However, the most important thing is that there is always the feeling that the real estate agent is standing next to you; the entire process is done completely transparently together, and it's better to ask and coordinate one time too many than once too few. Oh yes, and the conversations were also pleasant, almost a shame that the property has been sold!
