Real estate agency Woonhuis serves both buyers and sellers. They are not like some large agencies that are tied to or dependent on the sale of new construction projects. They truly serve private sellers. Great! Our house had been for sale for years at a lower price with one of the largest real estate agencies in the Bergen op Zoom region, but they did not sell our house. They were heavily involved in new construction projects such as Halsteren and more. Their only advice was to lower the asking price. We then asked Woonhuis from Hoogerheide to appraise our home without a sales mandate; we simply wanted to know if the previous real estate agent's selling price was correct. The asking price turned out to be too low. Woonhuis provided a higher appraisal than the real estate agency H. from Halsteren had asked for as an asking price. A few weeks later, we asked Woonhuis to sell our house. They took a very professional approach with an asking price that was above the one set by the real estate agency H. from Halsteren. The methods used by Woonhuis are not known to us, but in recent times there were several potential buyers interested. There was also someone who seemed like they were just looking for a bargain, but this person quickly fell through with Woonhuis. The serious prospects dealt with an extremely friendly and competent real estate agent from Woonhuis. Normally I don't leave reviews, but this real estate agent is really good!
