Although I eventually did not purchase through Woonhuis Makelaardij, I did go on several viewings with Niek and look back on that very positively. Niek is honest, thinks along well, and communicates quickly and clearly. What I valued most was that he sometimes consciously pushed me out of my comfort zone to broaden my perspective beyond what I might have initially considered myself. Professional and pleasant to deal with — a broker who really thinks alongside you.
