Het is voor de 2e keer dat Woonhuis makelaardij voor ons een huis heeft verkocht. Ze zijn erg vriendelijk, kennis van zaken en goede communicatie. Ik zou hun iedereen aanbevelen. Hun taxeren de woning en laten je vrij in de keuze voor de vraagprijs. Tegenover andere makelaars willen nog weleens de vraagprijs erg hoog inschalen zodat ook de woning erg lang te koop kan komen te staan en dat je alsnog veel in de prijs moet zakken. Kortom woonhuis makelaardij is voor mij de verkoopspecialist in het verkopen van je woning voor een redelijke prijs in alle opzichten.
