Low-threshold contact. A committed real estate agent with a personal approach and good local knowledge. At the beginning of the sales process there was some noise on the line regarding communication and coordination. Erik was very receptive to feedback and acted upon it. Very nice to experience! The sales file looked top-notch. The sale also ended positively. Additionally, financial advice was sought from financial advisor Ronald Kusters (of Erik Bessems Real Estate). Excellently assisted by Ronald with highly professional advice, pleasant explanations, good coordination, and perfect follow-up of made appointments. Top!
