The realtor positioned themselves during the intake as advisory and not decisive. We, as sellers, remained decisive regarding the price, which was nice. They listened well to how we envisioned the sale in our minds. Also, their market insight and valuation of the house turned out to be very accurate afterwards. Furthermore, we are extremely satisfied with the support and advice we received when purchasing a new home (cross-border). No email or phone call was too much for them. The total package of services led to us being able to directly move from our own purchased house in Belgium to a purchased house in the Netherlands. Top service from Erik, Will, Ronald, and office staff!
