Sales went smoothly, contact with the office was very good, but the open day after more than a year in sales was a bit too late. Perhaps the price was on the high side, but with a bit more effort it would have sold faster. But still, thank you for the nice attention so close to Christmas. Very original. Best festive wishes for the entire team!

Not even worth 1 star. To make a long story short: DO NOT DO IT!! Please choose another real estate agent to avoid trouble. Very unprofessional and not involved! Terrible real estate agents! They do this purely for the money and are very unfair to the customer! Cause you a lot of stress and worries, make many mistakes!!!!

Erik is a pleasant person to be in contact with and to deal with. Agreements are clear and are quickly and properly followed through on. After the photos and film were made, the presentation was online on various websites within a short time. As a result, we immediately received a lot of interest in our house, which we could view in real-time via a platform with access to the viewing schedule and the findings of the agent. Erik is able to scale up quickly and adapt his working methods to the circumstances. This certainly contributed to the successful and relatively quick sale of our house. I can wholeheartedly recommend Erik Bessems as a sales agent.
