As a resident of the Ardennes, are you looking for an estate agent in the Netherlands? We simply picked Erik out of the phone book, and it turned out to be a golden choice. Clear and straightforward. The sale was extensively prepared and despite the distance from Maastricht, he was always available to show up at important moments, supported by Femke. Heb reeds eerder met deze makelaar zaken gedaan dus ik wist al hoe hij te werk gaat. Nu kwam hij nadat ik gesprekken heb gehad met nog 2 andere makelaars als meest vertrouwenswaardig en ook nog eens als goedkoopste uit de vergelijking. Mijn huis is sneller verkocht als verwacht, zeker in de huidige huizenmarkt. Ik ben zeer blij dat ik de juiste keuze heb gemaakt.

We have been using the services of Erik Bessems for many, many years. He helped us buy our very first house (1984). He also assisted both of our children in purchasing their apartments. In the meantime, one of those apartments was sold and a house was bought, where Erik naturally mediated again. Finally, the sale of our home was realized within a much shorter timeframe, thanks also to Erik.
