Jan van Entree Makelaars helped me and my girlfriend in our search for our first home. We came across him during the viewing of a property he was selling on behalf of a client, and we got a reliable impression of him. Based on this, we asked him to be our purchase agent, and in the search that followed, he only confirmed this trust! The communication from Jan as well as from the office itself went very smoothly and appointments made were always kept. During the viewings themselves, Jan looked at things with us but was also critical of the property. In doing so, he explained what the advantages were, but also certainly the possible points of attention regarding maintenance, location, etc. When there were few properties in our search area and price category on the market, the office was proactive in thinking along and we received suggestions to look elsewhere, which was very similar to what we were looking for. In addition, Jan often already knew what kind and which properties would be coming onto the market before they were available online, for example on Funda or Move. In the purchase of our final property, the lines were short and we received sound advice on what to offer. Thanks to this, we were ultimately able to buy our home. When you are looking for an above all honest and sincere purchase agent without too much fluff or smooth talk, we can wholeheartedly recommend Jan!
