Een jaar geleden begonnen wij heel enthousiast met de verkoop van ons huis. Helaas was ons enthousiasme na een tijdje over. Ons huis werd maar niet verkocht. De makelaar bleek niet instaat ons huis te verkopen. Uiteindelijk overgestapt naar Entree makelaars. Anders dan de vorige makelaar heeft Jan zich echt ingezet om het huis te verkopen. Binnen een week was het geregeld. Er waren zelfs meerdere gegadigden. Toeval, wij denken van niet. Jan was enthousiast over ons huis en wij denken dat dit er mede toegeleid heeft dat ons huis bij deze makelaar snel verkocht is. Jan en Susan, dank voor alles.

Een deskundige makelaar die je uitstekend door het verkoopproces leidt en (met zijn team) je volledig ontzorgt! Enthousiast met goede adviezen, prettige en snelle communicatie. Met zelfs het ter beschikking stellen van een verhuiswagen als extra service. Erg dankbaar voor de snelle verkoop met een goed resultaat.

The real estate agent was very enthusiastic. I received valuable information and decided to accept the first offer above the asking price. At that moment there were already two offers below the asking price, possibly because the potential buyers wanted a lot of renovations. Despite house prices still being low, I did not want to wait too long as the property had been vacant for some time due to the possibility of a family member moving in if suitable employment was available in the Netherlands. I did not know beforehand that there would be a final inspection on the day of transfer, which would have meant the transfer taking place elsewhere, but this is a minor detail.

Had a pleasant contact with real estate agent Jan van Gulik and his assistant Susan. The sale went very smoothly with a nice outcome, which we are very satisfied with.

The communication went well and quickly. The broker thinks along emphatically and clearly has a lot of experience. Also, the back office was easily reachable and willing to handle all requests.

Very pleasant contact. Clear and expert advice regarding the presentation of the house (photos). The real estate agent came by again for the photo session to check everything. Always gets in touch with us after a viewing to see how it went.
