Jan dacht fijn met ons mee en was eerlijk over het feit dat hij iets specifieks als decentrale wtw-ventilatie niet kende. Daar ging hij zich meteen in verdiepen, dus die eerlijkheid en interesse gaf ons vertrouwen. Ook wist hij goed in te spelen op de huidige markt. Door andere recent verkochte woningen wist hij gericht kopers die interesse zouden hebben, waardoor onze woning al verkocht was voordat hij ook maar op de markt was geweest. Voor de zekerheid hebben we in overleg met Jan wel meerdere sporen ingezet voor als het niet meteen rond zou komen. Kortom, fijne en eerlijke makelaar die goed meedenkt!

Jan van Entree Makelaars helped me and my girlfriend in our search for our first home. We came across him during the viewing of a property he was selling on behalf of a client, and we got a reliable impression of him. Based on this, we asked him to be our purchase agent, and in the search that followed, he only confirmed this trust! The communication from Jan as well as from the office itself went very smoothly and appointments made were always kept. During the viewings themselves, Jan looked at things with us but was also critical of the property. In doing so, he explained what the advantages were, but also certainly the possible points of attention regarding maintenance, location, etc. When there were few properties in our search area and price category on the market, the office was proactive in thinking along and we received suggestions to look elsewhere, which was very similar to what we were looking for. In addition, Jan often already knew what kind and which properties would be coming onto the market before they were available online, for example on Funda or Move. In the purchase of our final property, the lines were short and we received sound advice on what to offer. Thanks to this, we were ultimately able to buy our home. Een jaar geleden begonnen wij heel enthousiast met de verkoop van ons huis. Helaas was ons enthousiasme na een tijdje over. Ons huis werd maar niet verkocht. De makelaar bleek niet instaat ons huis te verkopen. Uiteindelijk overgestapt naar Entree makelaars. Anders dan de vorige makelaar heeft Jan zich echt ingezet om het huis te verkopen. Binnen een week was het geregeld. Er waren zelfs meerdere gegadigden. Toeval, wij denken van niet. Jan was enthousiast over ons huis en wij denken dat dit er mede toegeleid heeft dat ons huis bij deze makelaar snel verkocht is. Jan en Susan, dank voor alles.

A year ago we started very enthusiastically with the sale of our house. Unfortunately, our enthusiasm faded after a while. Our house was not sold. The real estate agent turned out to be unable to sell our house. Eventually, we switched to Entreemakelaars. Unlike the previous agent, Jan really put in an effort to sell the house. Within a week it was settled. There were even several interested parties. Coincidence, we think not. Jan was enthusiastic about our house and we think that this has led to our house being sold quickly with this agent. Jan and Susan, thank you for everything.
