Probably a good company to sell your house with, given the existing reviews. However, as a buyer of an xlcasa house, I would advise against doing this unless you have bought a house more often and know what to look out for. For example, we did not carry out an end inspection, something that the selling agent usually arranges. Flaws resulting from things you can't do anything about, because then you should have asked for an end inspection yourself. Your own fault? Yes. Good and transparent service? No. Addition following the reaction: you're absolutely right, it's entirely your own fault. But then you shouldn't be annoyed if your customers' customers leave a negative review. And pointing to the small print, we can all do that. Missed opportunity.
