Since day 1, our contact has been very pleasant. Dennis takes the time to listen to your story and is basically always reachable by phone or WhatsApp. Especially since we worked at a distance from each other and conducted the viewings ourselves, this was necessary. Unfortunately, just not good service, although very friendly. No personal contact could be established for buyers and interested parties, even though I had requested proper service to interested parties. Even the eventual buyer asked me afterward about the sales tactics of the realtor. I did not feel taken care of but rather experienced more selling stress due to how it was handled.

All interested parties received the relevant documents of your property early and were personally guided through it. The negotiation process went very well and an excellent purchase price was achieved. The sales agreement was quickly drawn up and sent to the notary. We tried to reach you several times afterwards by phone to discuss the finalization, but we did not get a response and were not called back. We are always open to improvement and will admit a mistake if made, but in this case unfortunately we have no (h)recognition."
