Communication could be much better, we hope things have to be called / emailed ourselves !! Requests were not always passed on, which caused us to miss a number of viewings and disappointed potential buyers. We sold our house in Amsterdam only after 4 months and 45 viewings under the asking price with Xl Casa as an internet real estate agent. Compared to the rest of the neighborhood with an average of 6 weeks, 6a8 viewings and a price above the asking price for a comparable property with a non-internet real estate agent. We no longer sell our house through this method.
