For the first time we sold our house 'ourselves' without a traditional real estate agent. We used XL casa through my colleague. They were very pleased with it. So we got them involved. And we are full of praise for this company! An appointment was quickly made to determine the value of our home. Two days later, a photographer came to take pictures of our house. Within a week, our house was listed on funda. Our house was sold within two weeks with a nice premium. So happy! Quick communication and correct handling. We also recommended another colleague XL casa. Don't hesitate, just do it!
