I am impressed by the concept of XLCasa and its execution. While regular real estate agents charge a lot for advertisement text, valuation, photos, listing on Funda, etc., they have optimally arranged all this as cheaply as possible. You pay a low and fixed fee, and that's it. But everything works perfectly and incredibly fast. They invest their energy in tactical advice to the customer so that he can achieve his goal. And at the same time, they utilize a refreshing view of the market and what potential buyers are motivated by. If they manage to achieve a price premium for the client through this, they ask for a modest share of it. Everything is very transparent and simple. And extremely customer-friendly. You don't understand how brokers from the old commission system still get clients when there's an option like this.
