Very poor organization. Never calls back. Does not take offers seriously. Really never do business with them. Think they can sell a house behind a desk. Go to a local real estate agent. They know what they are talking about.
Strong points
The gentleman Roel Warring made an offer without reservation on behalf of Amstel Property b.v., intending to rent out the property for expats. The next day, we informed Mr. Warring of the seller's counteroffer. He immediately rejected it and stuck to his initial offer, setting a deadline for the same day. This deadline passed, making both parties free from each other, and the next day an offer at the asking price was made which the seller accepted right away. Mr. Warring is not happy. The sellers are happy though, and that's what we're here for
