It is not the first time I am selling a house, so I generally know very well what to pay attention to. Therefore, there are several things that I want to arrange myself and other things that I prefer to leave to the real estate agent. XLCasa positions itself in this regard as very flexible and adjusts its service package based on the customer's wishes. For me, this worked really perfectly! There was a very pleasant cooperation which gave me ample opportunity to actively contribute to the entire sales process. So I wrote my own sales text, took my own photos, and also arranged viewings myself. All of this was no problem for XLCasa, who continued to provide professional advice and also played an active role in the final negotiations. Throughout the whole process, XLCasa proved to be a particularly reliable and involved partner where customer orientation and professionalism are highly valued. And all of this at rates that are significantly lower than those of regular real estate agents!
