I was skeptical about the price at first... because what can you expect for 995 while normal agents charge between 2000 and 3000. But I still tried and I didn't want to have any other agent... Communication was clear, questions were answered and appointments were kept. Also, everyone was friendly and nice on the phone. The agent had promised to fight for every euro and he lived up to that promise... I sold my house with a 2000 euro profit! The part you have to do yourself is easy and simple to understand... again, I didn't want any other agent!
