My house has been for sale with Xl Casa for three months. After a quick start (photos taken within a week and immediately listed on Funda), there was a period of silence. The house was viewed very often, but showings did not materialize. Somewhat disappointed, I sent an email to Xl Casa stating that I felt there had been little contact between me and the real estate agent. To my satisfaction, I was called back immediately and had a pleasant conversation with one of their employees. This did not lead to selling my house, but I was reassured by the conversation. Therefore, I would definitely recommend Xl Casa! \n**Strengths** *The speed at which everything got started.*
