After registration, everything runs smoothly and quickly. Clear and precise agreements. The house was listed on Funda two weeks after the first contact. Now waiting for further developments. You should not mind doing viewings yourself. Otherwise, you would be better off going to another real estate agent, but it would cost you at least an extra 1500 euros.
Strengths
In terms of price, it simply makes a huge difference compared to other real estate agents.
