Quick, clear, and friendly contact.
Strengths
We decided to put our house up for sale through XLCASA after a previous failed attempt with a local real estate agent. We already had photos, so it was quite easy to list our home on the XLCASA website. Shortly thereafter, we were called by XLCASA and received some good tips regarding the order of the photos, changes in floor plans, etc. After uploading the necessary documents, the house was registered with Funda and went online the following morning... We had already received the window stickers and for sale sign via post... Very quick and clear service
