I also sold my previous home through xlcasa and I am again placing my current home for sale with this real estate agent with peace of mind, which in itself is quite telling. Additionally, I find regular real estate agents to be ridiculously expensive and have had several very bad experiences with them during purchases. Moreover, xlcasa provides services for a fixed fee and therefore has no interest in the proceeds or speed, or favoring their own clients.
\Strengths
Easy website, correct and friendly communication, quick interaction, favorable price which thus benefits the proceeds, arranging photographer and appraiser etc., in short certainly nothing less than those expensive guys. Even I manage effortlessly to enter my personal data on their site in my own dashboard, and when there are problems they help directly based on my experience; I was very satisfied and am convinced that it will go well again now

"Eenvoudige site, correcte vriendelijke communicatie, snelle interactie, gunstige prijs wat dus ten goede komt aan de opbrengst, aansturen fotograaf en taxateur enz enz kortom zeker niets minder als die dure jongens. Zelfs mij lukt het moeiteloos op hun site in mijn persoonlijke dashboard gegevens in te voeren, en bij problemen helpen zij directies mijn ervaring, ik ben was zeer tevreden en ben overtuigd dat het het ook nu weer goed komt"

Fine, everything is correct so far. The house was sold quickly (within 3 hours), but it is indeed a seller's market. The transfer still needs to take place, but up until now everything is going according to the agreement.

Fantastic service and a normal cost that is more logical for the work to be delivered. Especially good market assessment, good consultation, even after payment of the invoice this broker continues to advocate for you. I have seen something different from other brokers.
