Waarschijnlijk prima bedrijf om je huis bij te verkopen gezien de bestaande reacties. Echter als koper van een xlcasa huis zal ik eenieder afraden dit te doen, tenzij je vaker een huis hebt aangekocht en je weet waar je op moet letten. Wij hebben bijvoorbeeld geen eindinspectie gedaan. Iets wat de verkopende makelaar doorgaans verzorgd. Gebreken als gevolg waar je niks aan kan doen, want dan had je zelf maar om een eindinspectie moeten vragen. Eigen schuld? Ja. Goede en transparante service? Nee. Aanvulling naar aanleiding reactie: je hebt helemaal gelijk hoor, eigen schuld dikke bult. Maar dan moet je natuurlijk niet gepikeerd zijn als de klanten van jouw klanten een negatieve review achterlaten. En verwijzen naar de kleine lettertjes kunnen we allemaal. Gemiste kans.

At first very good. The real estate agent and photographer left a good impression. Unfortunately, the presentation on Funda did not go completely well. Especially the errors and duplicates with the floor plans.
