My first contact with XLcasa was a few years ago when they had an apartment for sale in Amsterdam that I was very interested in. An offer was submitted, unfortunately my bid was too low. The contact I had with XLcasa at the time was so positive that their name immediately came to mind when I wanted to sell my apartment in Zaandam. After registering via the website everything went quickly and smoothly; during the meeting even the TOP photographer came along. Although I had tidied up the property neatly, the photographer still removed some things, showing pure professionalism without any rush. Good photos are extremely important; when I saw them, I thought a viewing wasn't necessary. Thanks to Dante's proactivity, the advertisement was posted on Funda late Friday evening and viewings were already scheduled for Sunday. Further contact was made with Dennis, who was very personal and professional. Both gentlemen work efficiently, which gives a great feeling. Especially the personal touch impressed me about XLcasa; they clearly distinguish themselves from Makelaarsland, which is larger and more cumbersome. For my next sale, I would definitely choose XLcasa again.
