We couldn't find a better agent to buy our first house. Mark guided us through this complicated and long process. He understood our needs from the beginning and advised us at every step with with excellent professionalism. Besides being a very kind and friendly agent, we truly appreciated his honesty and patience at every viewing and for every offer we made. He always gave us space to think and to take the best decision for us. Despite the process being very stressful and the overbidding situation pretty crazy, he helped us to evaluate the situation avoiding any rushed decision. He was always available, replying to our messages and coordinating with Joyce at any time to book viewings. Sometime, working long days when deadlines were approaching. It took as 9 long months but we are very happy with the house. Thank you very much, Mark and Joyce!
