I met him when I visited a house by my own. He was the sales agent of that house. Even though he was representing his client who wanted to sell that house as high amount as possible, he gave me not only professional explanation but also his sincere opinion & advice. After 2 years, when I decided to restart my house hunt - but this time through a buying agent- , and look for a trustful buying agent, I immediately remembered him. There is no doubt that he is a very good agent, honest, enthusiastic, transparent, patient, always putting my shoes on, besides his knowledge & professionalism are trustful. It seems that other real state agents in Leiden feel the same towards him. As well, his colleagues are supportive and professional. He took quite long time to explain me how the whole process works, how the market has been moving, and discuss what my expectation was. And every time I sent him a message, he advised me clearly but leaving me space for me to think by myself. He was on duty till late evening if it was urgent. I definitely recommend him and his colleagues to my friends. Buying a house is a very big event in my life and I am very happy to have worked with him.
