Price/quality not in proportion. More expensive than the average real estate agent but it doesn't show that. Regret choosing this real estate agent. One time they blame it on a 'bug' in their system and another time on 'ending up in the spam folder'. Also things like getting a message at 00:30 AM about an appointment for the same morning asking if you can open the door because the agent cannot. Be wise and sometimes a high price is not the best option.
