We hebben een huis bezocht aan de kamperfoeliestraat bij één van deze makelaars. We kwamen binnen en werd al lachend gevraagd 'oh u heeft geen aankoopmakelaar?' Eenmaal het huis te hebben bezichtigd zijn wij gaan vragen naar de service die zij als aankoopmakelaar bieden. Meneer vroeg naar onze wensen en deze heb ik doorgegeven. Vervolgens kwam de opmerking 'je wilt zeker dichtbij je ouders wonen. Nou dan mag je je wensen heel snel gaan verlagen, want zo gaat het nooit lukken.' De opmerking was totaal niet vriendelijk en het voelde alsof we niet serieus werden genomen. En raad eens. Het is toch gelukt om een woning te kopen met onze wensen, zonder aankoopmakelaar. Ook hebben we andere woningen mogen bezichtigen binnen onze prijsklasse met onze wensen. Dus Re/max, bedankt voor niks.
