Very bad real estate agency Ivo and 'owner' Bert van der Krogt in particular. Our agent was not originally a real estate agent but worked for the Haagse tramweg company. The concept works on a commission basis that is not divided among the office. The agents, who are diplomated by Remax (not recognized by NVM), only earn from their own sales. A model that does not help you as a customer. In an already difficult housing market, potential buyers are therefore not referred in your interest for selling. Because this does not serve the agent's own interest. Many excuses during the sale about the duration. The sun is shining so people lie on the beach. It rains so people sit inside. Open house routes must be facilitated by ourselves. Next to being under the watchful eye of owner Bert van der Krogt, a sale was regularly made to a third party via our paid package in the media. For a house belonging to the daughter of agent Ivo who sold it secretly. At least shady. After laying this on the table and indicating that we no longer wanted mediation through Remax (three quarters of a year in the selling process), we switched despite all threats from Bert. The NVM real estate agent only needed one open house route and the house was sold. Ah, such a professional and caring way. Commissions are too good to be true here but please think carefully about this. It has a reason. In Leidschendam they are known in the real estate world as shady. We have since spoken to many more people who were deceived.
