The contact and communication was excellent during the sale. Ivo and Dexter thought well about solutions and gave good advice to have a structural inspection done so that neither buyer nor seller would be surprised by any issues at the time of sale! Since they have sold several garden houses in the park, they know the rules of the park and can inform potential buyers about them.
