Schneiders Real Estate, founded in 2017 by Paul Schneiders, has its roots in Hoorn (North Holland) and Limburg. Paul, born in 1981, combines years of experience in real estate and mortgage advice. After completing a VBO construction training, an entrepreneur's diploma, and an HBO MER program, he started his career as an assistant realtor at Amsterdamse Stijl Real Estate. He then grew within Van Overbeek Real Estate in the commercial real estate sector.

During the credit crisis (2008-2009), Paul shifted his focus to mortgage advice, a career he successfully continued at ING and later ABN AMRO. In 2015, he found his personal and professional future in Maastricht, where after one year at ABN AMRO he switched to Hypotheek Visie Maastricht to become an independent mortgage advisor.

In 2017, Paul entered into a partnership with John Nicolai Real Estate, until Mr. Nicolai passed away in 2020. Since then, Schneider's Real Estate has been operating completely independently. The office offers services such as purchase and sale assistance, mortgage advice, insurance, and appraisals. Paul Schneider combines his broad knowledge and experience with a personal approach, making him a reliable partner for both home buyers and sellers in the Limburg region.
