We have nothing but praise for Tim Vastgoed. When they promise something, they follow through with it. We dealt with Tim who conducts the initial consultation, taking his time to figure out what we want and determining a reasonable asking price. The entire process of reaching a sale is neatly explained in clear language. After that, the sale was handled by Rico, who dedicated himself 100% to selling the house. I got an extremely honest impression of Rico; he clearly enjoyed it and tried to get the best deal for both buyer and seller, which he succeeded in doing. He was always available for any questions and gave excellent advice on certain details that we found difficult to sort out since we live abroad. In this sale, we as sellers are happy, and so is the buyer. Rico is always cheerful... I also want to mention that Nathalie's professional photoshoot made a huge difference. I can take nice pictures myself, but they don't give such a beautiful result as her photos do. The money spent on them was definitely worth it; just look at the difference between selling with her photos and those taken by an ordinary camera. The difference is enormous. Our sale was completed while we were abroad, and Tim Vastgoed took away a lot of stress for us. I always had full confidence in handing over my key, and that proved to be well-founded. Overall, it's a top team, and I want to thank you all very much. Also those who work hard behind the scenes!
