Our company has experience with real estate agents all over the country; each agent has their strengths and weaknesses, but Rico (and his colleagues) have almost only positives! Despite the sale not going as smoothly as we had hoped, communication remained very good, the strategy was clear, and thanks to the excellent work of the agent, a transaction price as high as possible was ultimately achieved!
